• Standard Installation - $65 per fan [concrete ceiling with existing point below 3m]
• False Ceiling Installation - $160 per fan [floor to concrete ceiling below 3m with existing point - adopted acorn recommended false ceiling installation method]

Youkain fan comes with 2 years warranty for parts & service charge, 10 years warranty for DC motor.
To make a faulty report, please call acorn customer support 64456144 or Whatsapp 83635474 and provide the following information:
* Proof of Purchase – Invoice or Receipt [with clear information: date, fan details etc]
Our customer support will arrange an appointment with you for sending our technician to service the breakdown ceiling fans and replaced any faulty parts.  No cost will be charge within the limited warranty coverage period.

Once received your order, we will processed and arrange the delivery within 2-3 Days.
Unless specific date of delivery requested. The staff will liaise with you prior to delivery.
