DELIVERY
Unless the customer expressly instructs otherwise the order shall be delivered to the delivery address set forth in the Order within the time windows selected by the customer. The company shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of the company.
The company will only effect delivery to mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island except Jurong Island. No delivery services shall be available on Sundays & Public Holidays and Delivery slots are subject to availability.
All order would be properly packed and quality checked prior to delivery. The customer is to contact the customer support at 6445 6144 should any discrepancy arise.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE
Goods delivered are considered sold and no returns or refunds is allowed.
If the brand-new products has not been unboxed or installed, the customer is allowed to request for exchange or model, color or size. The customer is required to Top-Up for any price difference when processing for the Exchange. The company will not refund any balance due to the Exchange.
The customer is required to contact customer support at 6445 6144, to raise the Exchange request and make an appointment to bring down the product for the Exchange @ 512 Chai Chee Lane #02-09 (469028) during office hours.
